What We Do
Advanced Blast Protection is a research, development and manufacturing company based in Florida, USA. We produce conventional and unconventional bullet resistant glass, modular vehicle armor, and specialized armored vehicles for military, law enforcement and civilian use. Since 2002, Advanced Blast Protection has served both military & civilian customers including KBR, Bell Helicopter, and the US Armed Forces.
Advanced Blast Protection continuously researches and develops new armoring technologies to build products capable of responding to the increasing demand for protection against high level ballistic threats while improving the specifications and performance of traditional technologies. Advanced Blast Protection is one of the industry’s most creative and innovative Research & Development companies producing its own series of armored vehicles and vehicle armoring systems.

History and Origin of the Rhino Brand
To honor the first step of American military intervention in the War on Terrorism, Advanced Blast Protection branded its line of tactical vehicles with the “Rhino” prefix. This is in honor of the first base of operations for American forces in Afghanistan; the United States Marine Corps base “ Camp Rhino " located south of Kandahar .
